INGREDIENTS:
-Dough
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup whole milk
1 tbsp dry active yeast
1 whole egg
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 tbsp pumpkin puree

-Spiced Sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground nutmeg, clove, mace, allspice, ginger
1 tbsp cinnamon

-Cream Cheese Icing
4 tbsp soft unsalted butter
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp vanilla paste
1-2 tbsp milk or water (to adjust consistency)
