Eating Seed Sprouts – Healthy Kids 4 Busy Families Episode #17


In this episode Mandy shows parents how to sprout broccoli seeds. For sprouting all you will need is organic seeds (specific for sprouting), such as broccoli, alfalfa, or garbanzo, and a sprouting jar. This process takes anywhere from three to five days to complete.

Sprouted seeds are very healthy and great to eat on salads or raw.
