  4. This looks so simple to make. Thank you for this idea Akis! I was wondering if you can make a video with details on how to make filo dough from scratch and rolling it out to make spinach and cheese pies? I tried homemade style filo pastry many years ago at a restaurant and found it to be so amazing and different from the frozen type of filo pastry.

  5. Akis wouldn't it make life easier to just halve the potatoes and then score the halves on all sides instead of doing it after cutting them up into more pieces? Love the recipe otherwise!

  7. Lemon in roast potatoes? Yes, because nothing goes better with roast beef than lemon. Oh please…. I'll sprinkle some Worcestershire sauce on a Greek Moussaka and see how well that goes down.
