  1. Hi Akis, new subscriber (found you on Jamie Oliver's channel).
    I wanted to know what you could suggest for a smaller fish for faster cooking time? Or would you rather suggest I split the fish in half? This would be great for a post-workout supper, but an hour of baking would mean a 9:30 pm supper time (not so great when bedtime isn't too long after). The recipe looks great!

  2. It just so happens I have slaughtered fish, lemons, onions and tomato I plundered from greek humans the night before this comment. Because you please me with this video, myself and my brethren shall spare your life this year. PREPARE FOR NEXT YEAR BECAUSE WE SHALL NOT BE SO FORGIVING!

  3. I'm guessing it was filmed like this because the footage is reused from his Greek language channel and the instructions were dubbed over. Still great, but I'm hoping we get a bit more in the next few days :]

  4. Άκη, σε ρωτάω εδω γιατί εκεί που το είδα δεν πρόκειται να δείς το μήνυμά μου, είναι σε άλλο κανάλι.
    Σε μία εκπομπή του Mega, έφτιαξες πιπεράτο φιλέτο. Είδα που το έκανες φλαμπέ. Επειδή αυτό σε κουζίνα σπιτιού (και με τον αποροφητήρα 50 πόντους πάνω απο το τηγάνι) είναι "out of the question" μπορούμε να το παραλήψουμε η χαλάει την συνταγή; Προφανώς επειδή έβαλες ουισκι θα πρέπει να καεί το αλκοολ. Το καταλαβαίνω αυτό. Οπότε τι εναλλακτική έχουμε; Να μην βάλουμε ουισκι; Ευχαριστώ.
