OHHHHH THANK YOU THANK YOU especially for the gluten thing, alot of people going crazy over gluten-free products, it's just marketing, and people are falling in the trap thinking it's "healthier" that way, some really think they are allergic to gluten without making tests… And I even think some people like to pretend they have diseases ? To feel somehow special maybe ?
    3 key words: STOP SELF DIAGNOSIS.
    Anyway, this is all profiting to the rich in the end!

  3. The thing about alcohol when cooking is that even if it's not evaporated it's still diluted with the food so you wont get drunk from putting a glass of wine in your pasta sauce.

  4. No, dont at oil to pasta after draining!!
    Just kerp a cup of the salted cooking water to loosen the pasta with a splash (and always add a splash to your sauce)
